ABOUT US

Welcome to our website!  This is a student run site provided by the members of Washingtonville High School's Media and Journalism Class.  This course, taught by Mr. Waldie and Mrs. Connolly, is designed to teach students about all aspects of modern day media.

Throughout the course, students will learn how to write and take photographs for The Wizard Weekly, write and produce podcasts, as well as produce a television show known as BGTV.  The work produced over the course of the school year will be housed on this website.

We aim to provide our readers and viewers with an entertaining and informative look at what is happening in our school district and the community as a whole.  We hope you will tune in and enjoy!
